About Ayuma Wellness

Mission

Ayuma Wellness is a global movement for whole-person well-being—empowering you to move with love. Rooted in faith and backed by science, we offer trauma-informed, research-based practices like restorative yoga, Pilates, and wellness retreats to nourish the body, calm the mind, and restore the spirit.

We are committed to closing the gap in women’s health by prioritizing root-cause, preventative care, with over 75% of autoimmune conditions occurring in women,¹ and nearly 1 in 3 women reporting experiencing chronic stress that affects their physical and mental well-being.²

My Story

Ayuma Wellness—named after yume (夢), the Japanese word for dream—was born from my personal search for healing, where movement became my medicine. With a background in cognitive science and years of disciplined Taekwondo training as a black belt, I’ve long been fascinated by the connection between the mind, body, and nervous system.

Through faith, mindful movement, and community, I'm here to guide you through heart-centered movement that blends science, softness, and strength.
